Golden temples, jungle-clad mountains and remote hill-tribe villages: Laos is one of Asia’s most captivating destinations.

This year, I (@freyaroseg) had the pleasure of editing our new Laos guide, which will be hitting the shelves next Thursday. Over the coming days I’ll be sharing some of the places and traditions I learned about while working on the guide. Thank you to authors Shafik Meghji and @ecotravelist for giving me endless wanderlust.
